*Please read the following information before requesting a return form:

1. We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If items are sent back to us outside the 30 days return/exchange window they will be discarded. Hair Magic is not liable for any items sent back outside the return/exchange window.

2. Refunds can only be arranged if the product is purchased directly from Hair Magic.

3. The Hair Fiber will not work on completely bald areas. We only accept returns that can provide video proof of ineffectiveness on incomplete hair loss areas.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, to avoid misuse, refunds are limited to 2 times in one year for the same customer and must be claimed within 30 days from date of purchase.

5.We recommend that the returned goods be delivered using registered post or trackable courier. Hair Magic will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

6. All refunds will be credited in the form that the payment was received. For example: if you purchased the product by a specific credit card it your refund will be return to that card. Please allow 2-4 weeks from shipping date for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
